Adding new secret provider - bitwarden secret manager

Hello,

I am utilizing Bitwarden's new secret management service to store secrets and would like to add it as a provider in Spot.
If you have no objections, I could attempt to create a pull request to integrate it.
They provide an SDK for Go, which can be found here: https://github.com/bitwarden/sdk/tree/main/languages/go#readme

oh, they do not have http API (at least in docs I could not found)
and SDK for go requires cgo - so do not see easy way to do it
