Changing toggle at Available in Countries for currency revert selection on save

Describe the bug
I noticed when I disabled selection of United Kingdom under "Available in Countries" for GPP currency, it revert selecting on save, which is odd UI/UX behavior.

I guess this is because the GBP currency is default currency for United Kingdom, so it can't be disabled.

If I change default currency of United Kingdom to DKK instead, I can disable United Kingdom under GBP currency.

Expected behavior
I think the toggle at country under a currency, which has the currency as default, should have the toggle disabled as it is not an option to change, which makes sense.
