Trying to connect to uc.chrome() instance with a nodejs pupeteer script but getting connection refused error.

This is the python code for uc.Chrome() instance

    driver = uc.Chrome()

After lauching the instance i am trying to connect with pupeteer script

But getting connection refused err in pupeteer:
