Summary

Write an openly available summary report of the September UK TRE Community meeting

Detail

This report should use:

• Notes in HackMDs
• Written notes on paper from day
• Any additional info in the recordings

Tasks include:

• Summarising these notes and making them openly available on the website/this repo
• Add link to the morning recordings to report when they are live
• Ensure breakout room notes are as anonymous as possible
• Add summaries and next steps to the breakout notes
• Draft a report from these notes, the October meeting notes, and the video recordings
• Publish this report on the website
• Circulate the report with the community

Note with all summaries from brakout discussions, currently only from hackmds. About start adding handwritten notes

A summary of the summary, and starting point for report is Lucy's presentation on October.
I have added the photos to each original hackmd note for each breakout, they are liked in the summaries above
New notes from photos that will not be there are in breakout topics:

• Addressing data harmonisation between different datasets: do TREs have a role?
• Cloud vs On premise has great paper notes but seem captured in hackmd already
• Totally NEW: What are the detractors to standardisation and working together? How can the reasons for the tension work alongside standardisation?
• The role of independent TRE providers in relation to the NHS national and regional SDEs: has new content, also the OG note has A LOT of new content from paper notes

I wonder where to store all breakout notes from the day, all here? there is good content there

Can we convert the notes to Markdown in this repo? It doesn't have to be perfect.
E.g. See the pages under https://www.uktre.org/en/latest/events/wg_workshops/rsecon22/index.html

They are in markdown, so I can clean the very gross things like blank lines and add. I also wrote down things from paper notes (when existing notes did not cover them, so not for every breakout). Also links should be modified
But we may want to only have here and not on the website (have only report and summaries there).

Oops, didn't realise this issue was in the community-management repo and not the website one. I think it's fine to include the slightly cleaned raw notes in the website repo, it's what we've done with all previous events.
