Hi Manuel. This is a Tsugi tool that requires that platform for installation. Typically, users would then integrate this tool into learning content hosted on an LMS like Sakai. You can test the tool at https://www.tsugicloud.org/tsugi/store/test/flashcards and learn more at https://www.tsugicloud.org/
