Bug - Double click needed, if panel not expaned

Hi,
when the panel is not expanded, on the first leftlick a panel-drag is triggered and the window does not open. It is the same drag, as if the area at the border of the panel was pressed. On a double click, the expected result is achieved.

I committed a fix for this a couple of this a couple of days ago, so will close this issue.
