Comment bubbles overlap text #588

Description

The comment bubbles are nice, but they overlap the text. This makes it impossible to modify the text without first resolving all comments. But some comments may have to stay for a while before they are resolved.

The comments bubbles should only show up if your cursor is within a comment and below the cursor, so it should be no problem to modify the text even without comments. Could you clarify what exactly you mean?
