No .page-header in v4?

I am searching for the page-header CSS component in v4-alpha. It looks like it was not ported over from v3. Can someone else confirm?

It's indeed gone. Per http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/migration/#typography :

• Dropped the .page-header class entirely.

@Saucy It was removed in bf085b1 without much explanation. I've filed #19439 to ask @mdo to add his rationale to the docs.
