I have pushed a PR with some updates of the documentation of the program.

Additionally, we may want to discuss if we want to update the termination process of the Ambassador role. Currently, this role is auto-renewed every two years unless there has been no activity from the ambassador. This puts the burden of checking for activity on either the PM or the SC. Alternatively, we could consider turning this around and ask for an explicit renewal after the end of an ambassador's term. I am not super opinionated about either option, but wanted to bring this up here for discussion.
