Feature request: Time tracking features

Firstly, thanks for this tool — install and initial setup Just Work, and being able to list issues and sprint contents works very well.

Being able to log time on an issue, as you'd normally do via the "Log Work" menu and dialog, would be a great addition. e.g. jiracli --log-time FOO-42 1h -m "Did some work"
