Integrationtest "test_key_rotation" starts to fail beginning from keycloak version 18

The step about this tests needs to be checked why the integrationtest fails.
Probably only the tests needs a little bit modified for this keycloak version ... or the feature about key rotation in keycloak is not working.

Investigation needs to be done to ensure that the feature about key rotation does not break with this keycloak version

Now it is clear what is the problem. With keycloak 18 the way how key rotation in keycloak need to be done has changed.
For this reason the tests in python no longer work in a way like they should.

I think the integration tests needs to be reworked in a way that they can run with multiple versions of keycloak.
... i think i will care the upcoming month about this test issue
