`libsqlcipher.so.0` not present on Fedora

Tchap desktop requires a `libsqlcipher.so.0` lib but none is available on Fedora. What is available is:

- `/usr/lib64/libsqlcipher-3.39.2.so.0`
- `/usr/lib64/libsqlcipher-3.39.2.so.0.8.6`
- `/usr/lib64/libsqlcipher.so`

Nothing that can't be solved with a `ln` but Tchap is probably missing things while trying to discover `.so` files on the system.
