Create a markdown file
Add a task: '* [ ] Test'
Save
SHIFT+A to append to end of line

RESULT: Hex color is appended to end of line:

Test #7b1042b9

Why!??

This is intentional, it's how taskwiki stores taskwarrior task ids:
