Since the problem still exists, #344 just closed silently and reopen button not available, I've created this one issue

The reason is written in plain text. Queries from Russia are blocked via Cloudflare configuration. What is the problem here?

Are you trying to mock me?
I'm asking for block reason, not the Cloudflare message reason.
