Support for open infrastructure map details

In the new, at least to me, open infrastructure map there are lots of unconnected electricity poles. I could connect them, and add breakers and transformers on street complete if there a way to add the connections etc. any chance of adding such a facility?

Have you tried Vespucci? It is designed to support such full free-form editing.
