403 forbidden for searches and URL scraping.

Indeed. They set up Cloudflare which existing scraper can't bypass.

A beta version of the R18 sql dump scraper is available at https://github.com/javstash/R18dev_SQL for testing

Seems to work by setting a valid firefox user agent in the stash settings
