Any detail for product information event

For the first view, we had the proposal about any product information. But we changed the whole design and we should propose the new mockup for the product information event.

Currently it's basically designed to look like “Current Events” at the bottom of the page.

Does it have a start and end time?
If not, does it need to record the creation time?

I guess we need the ability to create “new information” on the front end?
The page that creates it may not be reusable with the page that creates the event, as it is much simpler.

Does it need to be displayed in the history page?
If not, does it need to save any history? Does it need to display the history on the front end?

Can it just be deleted? Or can it be closed but still keep a record?
