Show the right form for the maintenance

Then you create a maintenance, you will get the old style form. But in a minute it will be changed to the new. We should render the right form for just created maintenance.

This is due to the fact that the front-end currently uses the same behaviour as POST for presentation, fixing this will cause duplication of work on the front-end once the new schema is deployed, it will be done asap.
