There is no standard media type for ENVI files. This extension could define a recommended one to use in STAC Items.

Hi Phil! That's a good idea.

For the broader context: our original use cases were around HDF / NETCDF / TIFFs / ZARRs. But any contributions / additions of the fields are welcome!
