Level indexes in db2 use 'json' encoding, which means JSON.stringify / JSON.parse.

https://github.com/fastify/fast-json-stringify is 2x faster than JSON.stringify, but ONLY if the payload is small and fits a strict format, which for level indexes, is true in our case.
