file path is being modified?

After using this vim distribution, vim-rspec no longer seems to work.

function! s:CurrentFilePath()
  return @%
endfunction

:echo @% should return the full path when you run this command from a file but it only returns the filename. Is the path being configured somewhere? I tried looking for it but couldn't find it.

Found it.

the setting to add is let g:spf13_no_autochdir = 1
