Support Grouping in Sonic-yang-mgmt Lib.

Description

Current translation in Sonic-yang-mgmt Lib allows few variations of leaf such as choice, leaf-list and leaf is allowed. Need to add support for grouping in Translation.

@anshuv-mfst : I realized, I had only internal LinkedIn ticket for this issue, Open the issue here as well for tracking. I will pick it up, if nobody in the community is ready to develop\support translation of groupings in yang. Thx.
