Description
Breakout on DELL S5232F is not working.
Image is based on 202405 branch.
Search shows breakout is enabled on S5248F #20287 but not on S5232F.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

$ show interfaces breakout

BTW, breakout cables are very common and widely used in deployment to connect existing 10G/25G NICs.

Hello,

I attempted to add Breakout Support myself: b5d81ea.

I reviewed the changes from this PR: #20287 and made similar modifications for the S5232F-ON.

The pull request (#21901) introduces this feature.

I’ve tested it on a demo S5232F-ON unit, and the results were successful.
