Is there a way to determine if a release what actually created?
I was expecting an output to provide this information but I do not see one. I'm looking for something like changesets' 'published' output:
if: steps.changesets.outputs.published == 'true'
I need this so I can differentiate between new releases and "skipped" releases because the version already exists.
