Isnt there a repo lik write-javascript-actions for createing docker actions

I used this wonderful exercise using this https://github.com/skills/write-javascript-actions repo which was interactive and easy to understand .

I want to find similar repo or exersice which explains creating actions ( private actions) using docker .
like create entrypoint.sh , dockerfile and action.yaml
