--cid option: create conversation if it doesn't exist

Currently, if you use --cid with a conversation ID that doesn't exist, the tool fails. Maybe the tool could create a new conversation with this ID instead. Then we know for sure which conversation to continue in future prompts, regardless of concurrent queries. This is the behavior in https://github.com/npiv/chatblade.
