16seqs now (Sichuan Province: 6 seqs) |
clearly recent one with a significative early spread, known residue mutated in fast lineages, localized in a country with pandemic peculiar dynamics so i think it is better monitoring it officially in the pango page. |
22 seqs now (6 more seqs from Hubei Province). I’ll move it to main page if reaches 50 or an abroad sample is detected |
It expands strikingly in China and reaches 57. I’ll move it to main page. |
Good job. put the link at the issue then . i ll close this after that |

A very new sublineage, and it is widely distributed - Heilongjiang is in northeastern China while Sichuan in southwestern China.
Nowadays XBB.1.9.1 is the dominant sublineage in China, and we may keep monitoring.
