There seems to be a KS.1.5/XEC or KP.3.3 recombinant

KS.1.5--XEC or KP.3.3

Breakpoint between 20149 and 22598
Breakpoint between 21739 and 22598 if the donor is KP.3.3*

Additional mutations: C1059T,A8170G,C23277T,C27128T

Orf1a:T265I
S:T572I

C1059T from a KS.1.5 branch
A8170G is private mutation
one of C23277T,C27128T is private mutation, the other comes from an XEC* or KP3.3* branch. Most likely C23277T from XEC.4 and C27128T is private. But there are also many other branches containing one of the two.

GISAID query: C1059T, C20148T, C27128T
No. of seqs: 6(Switzerland 1 Australia 1(VIC) Germany 4(BE,BY,NW))
