earlier we used to update cfr.tsv on Cologne server and used post_github_issues.sh to upload all new entrants to csl-orig. Have we stopped it nowadays? It used to provide better readability snd tracking than pure TSV based corrections. Can you check and run the same please?

If cfr had been handled without this activity, @funderburkjim can update last_cfr_line.txt manually to avoid posting of handled entries again.
