System limit for number of file watchers reached

Whenever there's javascript files in the 'schemas' directory, or after working with the files in VS Code, I get the error that 'System limit for number of file watchers reached'. This then crashed the nodejs instance. Sometimes restarting it will work but then other times a machine reboot is needed.

Something about sanity studio v3 is causing a lot of file watchers to be created.

This is on Debian 11.5, with nodejs 16.18.1 from backports.
