Thank You for the help.

So did i understand it correctly that the Quicksupport counts as a device and that our 200 devices are now full?
If so then thats a big Problem, since at least 30 to 40 Quicksupports are used per day.

Is there a way of distinguishing Host installations from Quicksupport devices?
That way i can manually disable the Quicksupports.

Thank You in advance.
Looking forward to your reply.

As @FelixK1108 already mentioned, we bought a licence with 200 clients. As we migrated from TeamViewer to RustDesk, we created a RustDesk custom client as a replacement for the TeamViewer QuickSupport feature. Problem is now, that these custom clients as QuickSupport replacements are counted in the licence forever despite the fact that connections to this custom clients are only for one support session.

So I'd like to raise a feature request in custom client creation that if the Disable installation feature is checked, that also the custom client should be automatically de-registered in the respective RustDesk server as soon as the custom client quits since we're now doing this manually which is error-prone and cumbersome.
