Thank You for the help. So did i understand it correctly that the Quicksupport counts as a device and that our 200 devices are now full? Is there a way of distinguishing Host installations from Quicksupport devices? Thank You in advance. |
As @FelixK1108 already mentioned, we bought a licence with 200 clients. As we migrated from TeamViewer to RustDesk, we created a RustDesk custom client as a replacement for the TeamViewer QuickSupport feature. Problem is now, that these custom clients as QuickSupport replacements are counted in the licence forever despite the fact that connections to this custom clients are only for one support session.
