[Remocon] Not termination paired app

In interaction launching process, the users select the rapp they want to start in the rapp list, and then the dialog pops for confirmation of them. At that time, the interaction manager is launching the paired app during waiting the user's selection. However. the some problem is happened during this process.

• The user selects "cancel" but the launched paried app is not finished.
• If the not installed app is launched, the dialog about setting up the app in market pop up. But the paired app is not finished. In code, remocon publishes its status that any interactions are not working.
