[Remocon] Problem of web app pairing mode

Usually, When the android app launched pairing mode is terminated, the android remocon knows it died. On the other hand, in case of web app pairing mode, when it is closed, the remocon does not receive any message and event about web app. So, the pairing app running in pc or robot is not finished.
