Yes, I would definitely accept contributions towards a Python API. 🙂 If you want the Python API to be a 1st class citizen API that comes together with the official Java and C#/.Net APIs, then my requirement is that is follows the schemas (provided in YAML definition) and is as close to the current APIs, which make it easy to shift platform, but also much easier for me and others to maintain multiple APIs, if a bug is found, or a new feature need to be implemented across platforms/APIs. In addition, we'll need sample bots for Python as well. I guess you can create a 1-1 API just be looking at what is done inside the Java and C# APIs. I could also start working on an official Python API? |

If this work is done/when this work gets done I'd be happy to recreate some of the sample bots in Python to provide a template on how to use the new API. |

Given that most ML in run on Python, and robocode is a very interesting substrate to test ML ideas, I think an official Python API would be really useful. Would you be open to accepting contributions towards a Python API?
