Autocomplete, Suggestions for Tailwind

ye so my question is essential how to enable the Suggestions when i start typing inside of className="" like it usually happens. installed it like 4 times fresh but i wont set it up. ive already tried to search for other people having a similar problem, but it seems people just accept it? im using jetbrains IDE'S mainly IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate. it works in my regular NextJS projects
