improve general look of the hotsheet views.

  • sidebar
    • I don't really like the green there. Open for suggestions
  • table
    • add tabindex for rows (so that a user can tab through the table) (idea from @schmijos)
  • inputs (maybe make them always be inputs? and style on focus?)
  • flashes
