Link from blog-site to Activities stream #97
Comments
I think it sort of makes sense from the blog, but not the rest of the site, which is why I wouldn't add it to the main navigation – we have to think of where we could place it so it's easy to find and not confusing (the sidebar is already so full of stuff :) ) |
From a promotional view: I know people who found the SoC site because they are following us on twitter, and didn't find any info on what we are actually doing. Maybe @roosdebildt and me can have a look at different 'navigation user stories', and take it from there? |
Well, I think it's up to the orga's to decide. But in my humble opinion, it wouldn't be a bad idea to link the teampage on the homepage. Isn't it the best concrete way of showing what RGSoC is all about? A lot of my friends understood way better what RGSoC is after having seen the teams-app! 👍 |
Agree with both of your opinions @F3PiX and @roosdebildt. I don't know what you have planned for the next weeks / what's on your roadmap, but the navigation user stories sound good. 👍 |
If people read the blog, there seems to be no easy way to jump to the Activities stream. Can we add a link on summerofcode.org to the teams.summerofcode.org?
Like a navbar-item, or a banner?
