[Extension Proposal] HyperSQL (HSQLDB) Support

Description

Quarkus supports many RDBMS by default and other ones are offered via Quarkiverse. I think HyperSQL could be a big added value because it shows more flexibility than H2 or Derby.

I always thought H2 was the superior successor to HSQLDB. I didnt realize it had any advantages over H2?
