Drag and drop target directories.

I runing under windows 10 with left/right mouse buttons swpped.

Version 7 accepts drag and drop of target directories but doesnt seem to use environment variable to control location of cache.

Under version 9, the cache control works as I want it but drag and drop of targets does not. When I drag a directory over the list of target directories the cursor shows a drag and drop in progress but when I release the cursor nothing appers in the list.

I really want cache/d&d so does any one have a fix/solution, other than reading the source. Is it possibly a windws problem?

I have mingw installed on my system and I had forgottrn i had copied version 7 of czkawa_exec to C:\msys64\mingw64\bin. I can not remember why I did this. On a whim I've copioed version 9 f the file to C:\msys64\mingw64\bin and nopw draw and drop works and I need to test the cache. (I've done this and it works.)
This looks like a windows confiruration problem, any ideas? Is it a path problem?
