Add add text too small to read on windows workaround link (+small readme fix) (#1202)

* add text too small to read on windows workaround
credit goes to @linnik in #863 (comment) for publicly providing the solution beforehand, this just implements the aforementionned workaround.

* small readme fix for consistency
hopefully i didnt get the meaning wrong and change it.

* add the modify gtk.css fix
credit goes to @Erijoda in #787 (comment)
