Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

There does not seem to be a way to pin an environment to a WebSocket collection.

Steps To Reproduce

create an Environment
create a WebSocket Collection
in the Overview, there is no "Pinned Environments"
click Environment drop-down
there is no pin UI
