Is your feature request related to a problem?

When working with large Postman collections that contain many folders and requests, it becomes difficult to manage and locate items quickly due to the lack of an automatic alphabetical sorting option. Currently, the only way to organize items is by manually dragging them, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

Thank you for considering this feature. It would be a valuable addition for many users!

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to automatically sort folders and requests alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) within a collection. This could be implemented as:

A right-click context menu option (e.g., "Sort alphabetically").

A toggle in collection settings.

Or an auto-sort option when importing/exporting collections.

Benefits:

Improved usability and productivity when working with large collections.

Better consistency and organization across team-shared collections.

Reduces time spent on manual sorting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Or an auto-sort option when importing/exporting collections.

Benefits:

Improved usability and productivity when working with large collections.

Better consistency and organization across team-shared collections.

Reduces time spent on manual sorting.

Additional context

Many users have to rely on exporting the collection JSON, modifying it manually, and reimporting it to achieve alphabetical order — which is not ideal.
