Allow to change UI font

• I have searched the existing issues for this feature request and I know that duplicates will be closed

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Please add posibility to change not only editor font, but UI font too.
Now it's impossible to see difference between uppercase I (India) and lowercase l (Lima)

Same settings for UI part as in Editor settings. Or even different interface, under Themes
