Is your feature request related to a problem?

As a user, I want to be able to access detailed ResponseTime data via a pm method for scripting purposes.
This data is available in the UI here:

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a pm method that allows the user to access detailed ResponseTime data as is provided by the UI.
Something like pm.response.timings, which would return an object with a key value pair for each stage of the response and the elapsed time in milliseconds that the user can then use for scripting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently, the only pm method available is pm.response.responseTime, which just returns an integer of milliseconds elapsed.

The documentation for the external package postman-collections indicates that the Response class should have a timings method, but it is not accessible either.

Additional context

While the Postman Performance product provides much more in depth timing data for endpoints, there are use cases where a user may want this same data for a single endpoint, and Performance would not be an appropriate method to test.
