Close Button Not Working on Cookie Modal - Postman v11.42.5 Windows 11

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

When the cookie consent modal appears in Postman, clicking the close ("×") button does not dismiss it as expected.
Instead, the modal stays on the screen-- the only way to close it is by either:

Clicking outside the modal
or
Pressing the Esc key

This feels unintuitive and a bit frustrating during normal usage.

Environment
Postman version: 11.42.5

Operating System: Windows 11

Additional Context
This issue occurs consistently every time the cookie modal appears.

No visible errors or console logs are shown related to the button click.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Postman desktop app (v11.42.5) on Windows 11.

2. Trigger or wait for the cookie consent modal to appear.

3. Click directly on the close ("×") button in the modal window.

4. Observe that nothing happens -- the modal remains open.

5. Try clicking outside the modal or hitting the Esc key --

the modal closes properly this way.

Expected Behavior
Clicking the close ("×") button should immediately close the cookie consent modal, just like pressing Esc or clicking outside.

Hey @Sonu-Singha I'm not able to reproduce this error. Can you try updating Postman and let me know if the issue still exists?
