Problem Description

Provide a copy to clipboard button for text editors within Portainer UI.

Not really a bug...

Expected Behavior

Copy to clipboard button should be available for text editors throughout Portainer.

Actual Behavior

Copy to clipboard button is not available in all text editors throughout Portainer.
