feat: minikube custom icon for minikube container(s)

Description

Podman desktop offer the possibilities to define custom icon for containers when matching some defined condition.

Bellow is an example with the kind icon for the kind cluster container, we can also see that minikube do not use this feature.

Solution expected

1. The minikube icon should be added with the right format See documentation
2. The package.json configuration should use the icon to display it to the container icon.

If we have monochrome vector version, in addition to registering the icon for container list it would be good to register it with the provider (example: redhat-developer/podman-desktop-sandbox-ext#511) so that it's used on the status bar (and any other future places).
