We just changed the way our pageview goals work so now you can group different pages under one goal or create goals for dynamic URLs. You can for instance track all the blog posts by using learn more in the docs plus development details in github. |

If some some additions are not on the roadmap, I wonder if there is an opportunity for a clever 3rd party dev here? Similar to the 3rd party add-on for Fathom: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fathom-analytics-conversions/ |
events support is on the roadmap for the official plugin too but there is a third party plugin such as this one already: https://wordpress.org/plugins/goal-tracker/ |
I checked this plugin and it would be awesome if it could track the e-commerce conversion. |
Thanks for the link. |
@metmarkosaric is this still on your plans? We would like plausible to track automatically form submissions we get over Gravity Forms, WPMUDEVs Forminator. They are actually not having a "thank you" page - they stay on same page and a thank you message shows up. |
@masteradhoc Easy Digital Downloads and WooCommerce integration is scheduled for v2.1.0. We're doing one more patch release of 2.0, so shouldn't be too long! And after that we're planning on integration much more integrations! |
A new version of our WordPress plugin is now ready. It introduces site search tracking and a WooCommerce integration for revenue attribution! Details at: https://plausible.io/wordpress-analytics-plugin |
We released automated WooCommerce revenue tracking in version 2.1 and today in version 2.2 we just released automated tracking of form submissions. We've tested it with Contact Form 7, WP Forms, Ninja Forms and Elementor Forms but it should work with most other contact form plugins as well. See https://plausible.io/wordpress-analytics-plugin#how-to-track-form-completions |
EDD support is up next! |
This ticket (#222) mentions Gravity Forms Payments support, so I'm adding it to the list here. |
@masteradhoc Have you tried the recently added Form Completions feature with Forminator Pro? We've tested it with WP Forms, CF7 and Elementor Pro Forms, so I might also work with Forminator. |
We have just released built-in support for tracking ecommerce events (including revenue) on Easy Digital Downloads with 2.3.0. It works the same way it works for tracking WooCommerce events. Just toggle on the "Ecommerce revenue" option in the "Enhanced measurements" section of our WordPress plugin settings. This will automatically set up and start tracking several Easy Digital Downloads custom events and custom properties (full list here), and also setup a purchase funnel. You wouldn't need to manually set up any custom events nor make any changes to your code. |
Hey @Dan0sz just tested Forminator Pro and Gravity Forms - no luck. Will share you guys over email more so you can check. |

User Story
As a user, I want some default out-of-the-box integration with popular third party plugins to support event tracking so that it will be a convenient experience for user where no configuration is required for basic event tracking
