There was a change I did in 1.3.2, strangely it works fine on mac, and did not hear reports from other windows users - will take a look

This seems to be an issue upstream, in Electron. A few work arounds in the community have been mentioned so we'll have to try and see if we can find a way to get around this. For now either disable transparent mode completely or try a double restart (this can help) - apologies for this.
