There are updated translations available at crowdin, but they are not in the latest release.

What is the policy for updating translations from crowdin?

I mean, may I for instance submit a PR with the updated translations?

Or do you have a script to feed them from crowdin and update them on the source and then PR?

Right now we are updating the translation via PRs.
